General Conditions

ORGANIZATION
The technical organization of the trips included in this site is the sole responsibility of Tour Operators, properly identified and N’ Destinos Viagens e Turismo, Lda. - RNAVT:. 6312.

REGISTRATION / PAYMENT
In the act of registration the customer must deposit 25% of the travel price, liquidating the remaining 75% up to 21 days before it starts. If enrollment takes place 21 days or less from the start date, the total price of the trip must be paid upon registration, this being conditional on obtaining the suppliers of the confirmation of reservations for all travel services. The N’ Destinos Viagens e Turismo reserves the right to cancel any registration for which payment has not been made under the above conditions. Particular payment conditions: when, for contractual reasons, N’ Destinos Viagens e Turismo, Lda is required to anticipate emissions of air tickets and / or make advance payments to its suppliers will be required full payment upon registration or confirmation of travel services.

RESERVATION COSTS
For each booking, a service charge of € 20 non-refundable will be charged.

CHANGES

ASSIGNMENT OF REGISTRATION
The customer may assign his registration, making himself replaced by another person who satisfies all the conditions required for the respective travel, provided it notifies the seller agency at least 21 days in advance and provided that the airline or other supplier accept the name change (change name). The assignment of registration severally liable assignor and assignee for the payment of the price of the trip and the originating additional charges.

BAGGAGE
1. The customer is obliged to complain to the entity providing the service at the time of subtraction, deterioration or destruction of baggage.
2. In international transport, in case of damage to luggage, the complaint must be made in writing to the carrier immediately after checking the damage, and up to 7 days of delivery. Being in case the mere delay in delivery of baggage complaint must be made within 21 days from the date of delivery of the same.
3. The presentation of such claim will be essential foundation for activating the responsibility of the N’ Destinos Viagens e Turismo, Lda on the provider of the service.

CHANGES
Where there are reasons other than justified, the organizing agency may change the order of tracks, change the departure times or substitute any of the hotels provided by other similar category. If unforeseen circumstances, particularly those due to weather conditions, security and public health, force them to suspend any trips, customers will always be entitled to reimbursement of amounts paid.

AMENDMENT TO PRICE
The program constant prices are based on the costs of services and exchange rates in effect at the time of printing of this program and are therefore subject to change resulting from variations in the cost of transport or fuel, duties, taxes and currency fluctuations . Whenever there is a change to the price of the trip, the customer will be immediately informed and invited to, within the time allotted to him, accept the increase or unsubscribe from the same terms and conditions as provided for under "Inability Greeting".

REFUNDS
Once started the trip is not due any refund for services not used by the customer. Failure to provide services foreseen in the travel program for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency, and if not replaced by other equivalent, gives the customer the right to be reimbursed for the difference between the price of the services provided and the actually rendered.

CLAIMS
Will be considered when submitted in writing at the agency where you made the reservation and settlement of travel, within a period not exceeding 20 days after the end of the services, being accepted only since participated to suppliers (airlines, hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) during the journey or stay the course, requiring the same the respective documents proving the occurrence.

RESOLUTION OF ENTITIES ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE
Under the provisions of article 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September customers may use the following entities of Alternative Dispute Resolution:
1) Client Provider of Travel Agencies (www.provedorapavt.com);
2) Arbitration Commission of Tourism of Portugal (www.turismodeportugal.pt);
3) Other Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities Consumer Disputes (RAL) available (www.consumidor.pt) in Entity List RAL

PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS BY AGENCY
The agency reserves the right to cancel the package if the number of participants is less than the minimum required. In these cases the customer will be informed of the cancellation within 8 days in advance, and there is, in this case, liability for termination of the agency.

DOCUMENTATION

The client should have in good order all your personal or family documentation (passports, identity cards, permits for minors, visas, vaccination certificates and other possibly required). Notes or birth seats are not valid as a travel document. The organizing agency declines any responsibility for the refusal of the visa, or not allowed the client to entry into a foreign country; these cases apply the conditions for the cancellation of the trip, still being of every customer account and any cost that the situation leads. Travel in the European Union, customers must bear the respective European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), to obtain medical care.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The issuance of travel documents (airline tickets and vouchers) is subject to contractual conditions of group travel, so they may not be issued with a great advance of the departure date. In exceptional conditions imposed by providers, emissions will have to be anticipated.

MEALS INCLUDED
The meals included, whether in restaurants or in hotels, will be served to the group in fixed schedule and with the same menu for all participants and can not be changes.

TRIPLE ROOMS
Most hotels of this brochure do not have triple rooms. When accepted by the hotel accommodation of 3 people in the same room, there will be a double room with extra bed, which may not be identical in quality and comfort.

HOURS OF ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The hours of arrival and departure in each city are in the time zone of the respective country and in accordance with the timetable indicated by the transportation companies the time of publication of this program and are therefore subject to change. The trips made wholly or partly by bus, the times indicated are approximate. WITHDRAWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
At all times the customer or any of his companions, may give up the trip by written communication, being entitled to reimbursement of amounts paid deducted from the following expenses:
1- expenses management are spending the organizing agency and the seller agency have had to obtain the travel reservations and even a percentage of up to 15% of the price of the trip (minimum € 25.00 per passenger).
2 Costs of cancellation are non-refundable spending by hotels, ground transportation and accompanied visits.
3 Spending on airline tickets when they are subject to specific conditions and can not be reimbursed after issued.

VAT
The prices mentioned already reflect the tax on value added tax (VAT) at the current rate.

AVIATION FEES
The values ​​of airport taxes, security and fuel in this brochure were calculated at the time of printing. Due to constant changes, they are subject to reconfirmation price at issuance of tickets.
